Who we are, Where we come from, Where we are going…
….through Healthy and Tasty Food Way
A friend of us said:
A couple of italians going back to Europe, after several years of Volunteering in India at Auroville wich also is called the City of the Future.
They were spreading their culture in different ways like Italian Cusine and as organizing cultural event with italian musicians, painters, new-age artists.
They met a Guru in India to deeply go in an Ancient Culture, at the root of the Life.
A long path going under a strong inner trasformation through yoga and through sharing the daily life with a bunch of different cultures from all over the world.
Today they apply the spirit of yoga to their Recipes mainly italians but sometimes indian too. They think that Food is like Music!
One of the ways to gather people from any part of the world sharing smiles, sharing love to the Life, sharing each own heart!
The Savor of Sharing! Savor of Italy!
I’m glad to have met both of you and really thanks for the many moments we shared!
2018, January
Twenty-five-years as seller-agent, companies owner, a manager in marketing and sales, in the previous decade Stefano started as a volunteer as a cook at religious groups. After that, he went to live in India as volunteer in 2010. On September 2012, Stefano founded the ‘Delicious Italian Food” in India under the umbrella of Auroville Indian Foundation for local needs and to spread Italian culture.
It was really a challenge to face the indian climate in a kitchen! Indian summer is generally starting on may to stop in june but quite often start earlier on april, and go to the end later on late july. It works on really high temperature with an unthinkable humidity! …and in the winter, the average degrees are 28 in the day and 19 in the night.
On January 2018, we decided to close the company because of last incredible summer. We decided to stop our life in India and we headed back to Europe to go to live in the Netherlands, as we fell in love after a long trip in it .

After graduating in business and economics, Stefania was working as a financial and insurance advisor with mainly cooperative credit banks. Over the years she has become interested in volunteering and cooking.
I then dedicated myself to volunteering, in the beginning in Italy and after a long jump, at Auroville in India, also continuing my passion for cooking.
